Resolution of
USSR central executive committee “about amendments to
criminal-judicial code of union republics”.
Central Executive Committee of USSR resolves:
To introduce the following amendments to criminal and judicial
code of all union republics for investigation and proceedings of
cases about terrorist organizations and terrorist acts against
Soviet Power.
1. Investigation on these cases should be finished within ten
days’ term.
2. Charges should be presented to the accused only 24 hours
before the trial.
3. Hearings should be held without participation of parties.
4. Appeals concerning verdicts as well as appeals pardon should
not be allowed.
5. Capital punishment sentences should be performed immediately
after announcement of a verdict.
